半夏厚朴汤加减联合针刺治疗胃肠道功能紊乱疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察半夏厚朴汤加减联合针刺治疗胃肠道功能紊乱的疗效.方法:80例随机分为观察组与对照组各40例.两组均用针刺治疗,观察组加用半夏厚朴汤加减治疗.结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组MTL、SS、GAS水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后两组TNF-α、CRP、IL-6水平均降低,且观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).随访1年,观察组复发率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:半夏厚朴汤加减联合针刺治疗胃肠道功能紊乱效果较好,且能够降低远期复发率.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Banxia Houpu Decoction combined with acupuncture in the treatment of gastrointestinal dysfunction.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with acupuncture and the observation group were treated with modified Banxia Houpu Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of MTL,SS and GAS in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α,CRP and IL-6 in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).After one year of follow-up,the recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Banxia Houpu Decoction combined with acupuncture has a good effect on gastrointestinal dysfunction and could reduce the long-term recurrence rate.
