中药调周法加针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征排卵障碍性不孕症疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察中药调周法联合针刺治疗多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)排卵障碍性不孕症的疗效.方法:80例随机分为对照组与观察组各40例.对照组用枸橼酸氯米芬胶囊联合中药调周法治疗,观察组用中药调周法联合针刺治疗.结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05),观察组治疗后LH与T水平低于对照组(P＜0.05),两组促排率、BBT复常率比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),观察组受孕率高于对照组而OHSS发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:中药调周法联合针刺治疗PCOS排卵障碍性不孕症疗效较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Chinese herbal regulating menstrual cycle method combined with acupuncture in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility due to polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,40 cases in each group.The control group were treated with clomiphene citrate capsules combined with Chinese herbal regulating menstrual cycle method while the observation group were treated with Chinese herbal regulating menstrual cycle method combined with acupuncture.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH and T in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the rate of ovulation induction and the normalization rate of BBT between the two groups(P＞0.05).The pregnancy rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group and the incidence of OHSS was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Chinese herbal regulating menstrual cycle method combined with acupuncture is effective in the treatment of ovulation disorder infertility due to PCOS.
