基于"煨脓长肉"理念用石香膏促进慢性难愈性创面修复临床观察

摘要
目的:观察石香膏治疗慢性难愈性创面的临床疗效.方法:19例用石香膏治疗.结果:糖尿病8例,治疗前创面面积为(20.10±16.54)cm,治疗后创面面积(1.25±4.33)cm;褥疮5例,治疗前创面面积为(36.00±33.47)cm,治疗后创面面积(18.89±28.04)cm;创伤性溃疡4例,治疗前创面面积为(25.17±23.64)cm,治疗后创面面积(0.00±0.00)cm;其它2例治疗前创面面积为(5.50±3.54)cm,治疗后创面面积(0.00±0.00)cm.治疗后总有效率93.1％.结论:石香膏对慢性难愈性创面有显著的修复作用.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of Shixiang Ointment in the treatment of chronic refractory wounds.Methods:Nineteen cases were treated with Shixiang Ointment.Results:There were 8 cases of diabetes.The wound area before treatment was(20.10±16.54)cm,while the wound area after treatment was(1.25±4.33)cm.There were 5 cases of bedsore.The wound area before treatment was(36.00±33.47)cm,while the wound area after treatment was(18.89±28.04)cm.There were 4 cases of traumatic ulcer.The wound area before treatment was(25.17±23.64)cm,while the wound area after treatment was(0.00±0.00)cm.The wound area of the other 2 cases before treatment was(5.50 ±3.54)cm,while the wound area after treatment was(0.00±0.00)cm.The total effective rate after treatment was 93.1％.Conclusion:Shixiang Ointment has a significant repair effect on chronic refractory wounds.
