止咳平喘方结合穴位贴敷辅治咳嗽变异性哮喘痰邪蕴肺型临床研究

摘要
目的:观察止咳平喘方结合穴位贴敷辅治咳嗽变异性哮喘(CVA)痰邪蕴肺型的疗效.方法:96例按随机数字表法分为两组各48例.两组均行常规西医联合穴位贴敷治疗,观察组加用止咳平喘方治疗,连续治疗2周.结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后观察组咳嗽、咽痒、喉中痰鸣、大便不实评分与CRP、PCT、WBC、IL-6、CD8+低于对照组而CD3+、CD4+高于对照组(P＜0.05).两组不良反应比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:止咳平喘方结合穴位贴敷辅治CVA痰邪蕴肺型效果较好,且无严重不良反应.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Relieving Cough and Asthma Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of cough variant asthma(CVA)with phlegm accumulation in lung type.Methods:Ninety-six cases were randomly divided into two groups,48 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with conventional western medicine combined with acupoint application,and the observation group were treated with Relieving Cough and Asthma Decoction in addition for 2 weeks.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of cough,throat itching,wheezing due to retention of phlegm in throat,loose stool,CRP,PCT,WBC,IL-6 and CD8+in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while CD3+and CD4+were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P＞0.05).Conclusion:Relieving Cough and Asthma Decoction combined with acupoint application is effective in the treatment of CVA with phlegm accumulation in lung type,without serious adverse reactions.
