摘要
目的:观察补肾通络汤联合奥美沙坦酯治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的效果.方法:82例随机分为对照组和联合组各41例.两组均用奥美沙坦酯治疗,联合组加用补肾通络汤治疗.结果:总有效率联合组高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后联合组中医证候主症、次症、总积分低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后联合组FPG、Scr、mAlb、BUN低于治疗前(P＜0.05).治疗后两组MPO、CAT均降低而SOD升高,且联合组变化更为显著(P＜0.05).联合组治疗后Treg升高幅度大于对照组(P＜0.05),而TH1、TH17/Treg值、TH1/TH2值降低幅度大于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:补肾通络汤联合奥美沙坦酯治疗DN疗效较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Bushen Tongluo Decoction combined with olmesartan medoxomil in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods:Eighty-two cases were randomly divided into the control group and the combined group,41 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with olmesartan medoxomil,and the combined group were treated with Bushen Tongluo Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total scores of TCM syndromes in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,FPG,Scr,mAlb and BUN in the combined group were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05).After treatment,MPO and CAT decreased and SOD increased in both groups.The changes in the combined group were more significant(P＜0.05).After treatment,the increase of Treg in the combined group was greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05),while the decrease of TH1,TH 17/Treg and TH1/TH2 was greater than that in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Tongluo Decoction combined with olmesartan medoxomil is effective in the treatment of DN.
