Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Tiaogan Xifeng Zhenjing Decoction combined with tiapride hydrochloride tablets in the treatment of liver hyperactivity and wind stirring syndrome in children with Tourette syndrome.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into control group and traditional Chinese medicine treatment group.Both groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group was treated with Tiaogan Xifeng Zhenjing Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the TCM treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of TCM syndromes of involuntary twitching,vocal twitching,irritability,red face,dizziness and hypochondriac fullness in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and those in the TCM treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the total scores of motor tic score,vocal tic score and YGTSS score in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and those in the TCM treatment group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum DA,NE and GLU in the two groups were lower than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and those in the TCM treatment group were lower than the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of serum DA,NE and GLU in the TCM treatment group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the serum GABA levels of the two groups were higher than those before treatment(P＜0.05),and the TCM treatment group was higher than the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Tiaogan Xifeng Zhenjing Decoction combined with tiapride hydrochloride tablets is effective in the treatment of liver hyperactivity and wind stirring syndrome in children with Tourette syndrome.
