摘要
目的:观察加味小陷胸汤辅治肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征(PCOS)的效果.方法:98例随机分为研究组和对照组各49例,两组均予以炔雌醇环丙孕酮片治疗,研究组联合加味小陷胸汤治疗,均治疗3个月.结果:两组治疗后FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR、TG、TC均降低而HDL-C升高(P＜0.05),且研究组改善优于对照组(P＜0.05).两组治疗后卵巢内部卵泡数目、右侧卵巢体积、左侧卵巢体积、RI均降低,而子宫内膜厚度、PI、PSV均升高(P＜0.05),且研究组改善优于对照组(P＜0.05).两组治疗后CRP、IL-6、TNF-α均降低,且治疗3个月后CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平小于治疗1个月后(P＜0.05),研究组治疗3个月后、治疗1个月后CRP、IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于同期对照组(P＜0.05).结论:加味小陷胸汤辅治肥胖型多囊卵巢综合征可提高疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of supplemented Xiaoxianxiong Decoction in adjuvant treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).Methods:Ninety-eight cases were randomly divided into the study group and the control group,49 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate tablets,and the study group were treated with supplemented Xiao Xianxiong Decoction.Both groups were treated for 3 months.Results:After treatment,FPG,FINS,HOMA-IR,TG and TC decreased and HDL-C increased in both groups(P＜0.05).The improvement in the study group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the number of follicles in the ovary,the volume of the right ovary,the volume of the left ovary and RI decreased,while the endometrial thickness,PI and PSV increased in the two groups(P＜0.05).The improvement in the study group was better than that in the control group(P＜0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups decreased after treatment,and the levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αafter 3 months of treatment were lower than those after 1 month of treatment(P＜0.05).The levels of CRP,IL-6 and TNF-αin the study group were lower than those in the control group after 3 months of treatment and 1 month of treatment(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Supplemented Xiao Xianxiong Decoction in adjuvant treatment of obese polycystic ovary syndrome could improve the curative effect.
