通络化癥膏外敷辅治乙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期临床观察

摘要
目的:观察通络化癥膏外敷辅治乙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期的疗效.方法:66例随机分为两组各33例,两组均用替诺福韦、保肝降酶治疗,治疗组加用通络化癥膏外敷.结果:治疗6个月后观察组肝功能指标、肝纤维化指标均比对照组低而凝血功能指标比对照组短(P＜0.05).观察组HBeAg及HBV-DNA转阴率比对照组高(P＜0.05).观察组不良反应发生率与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05).结论:通络化癥膏外敷辅治乙型肝炎肝硬化代偿期可提高疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of external application of Tongluo Huazheng ointment in adjuvant treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis of compensatory stage.Methods:Sixty-six cases were randomly divided into two groups,33 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with tenofovir,liver protection and enzyme reduction,and the treatment group were treated with external application of Tongluo Huazheng Ointment.Results:After 6 months of treatment,the indexes of liver function and liver fibrosis in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the indexes of coagulation function were shorter than those in the control group(P＜0.05).The negative conversion rates of HBeAg and HBV-DNA in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:External application of Tongluo Huazheng ointment can improve the curative effect in adjuvant treatment of hepatitis B cirrhosis of compensatory stage.
