中药穴位贴敷联合益肾祛浊方口服治疗慢性肾衰竭临床研究

摘要
目的:观察中药穴位贴敷联合益肾祛浊方口服治疗慢性肾衰竭的疗效.方法:50例随机分成两组.两组均给予降压、补充必需氨基酸、纠正贫血等治疗,治疗组加用中药穴位贴敷及益肾祛浊汤.结果:治疗组中医证候积分以及BUN、SCR、24hUTP等指标均优于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:中药穴位贴敷联合益肾祛浊方口服治疗慢性肾衰竭可提高疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)combined with Yishen Quzhuo Decoction in the treatment of chronic renal failure.Methods:Fifty cases were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were given treatment such as lowering blood pressure,supplementing essential amino acids,and correcting anemia.The treatment group were additionally treated with acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine and Yishen Quzhuo Decoction.Results:The scores of TCM syndromes,BUN,SCR and 24 h UTP in the treatment group were better than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Acupoint application of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Yishen Quzhuo Decoction could improve the curative effect of chronic renal failure.
