Objective:To observe the curative effect of External Washing Prescription of Chinese Herbs for Tinea Disease combined with Compound Ketoconazole Ointment in the treatment of tinea manus and pedis.Methods:A total of 132 cases were divided into two groups.Sixty-one cases in the control group were treated with Compound Ketoconazole Ointment while seventy-one cases in the observation group were treated with External Washing Prescription of Chinese Herbs for Tinea Disease and Compound Ketoconazole Ointment.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P＜0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group at the time point of 1 month and 3 months after treatment(P＜0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the observation group and the control group(P＞0.05).Conclusion:External Washing Prescription of Chinese Herbs for Tinea Disease combined with Compound Ketoconazole Ointment has good curative effect in the treatment of tinea manus and pedis,without increasing adverse reactions.
