摘要
目的:观察杞菊地黄汤加减辅治白内障术后干眼症的效果.方法:80例按照随机数字表法分为两组各40例,两组术后均用妥布霉素地塞米松滴眼液联合贝复舒治疗,观察组加用杞菊地黄汤加减.结果:总有效率观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05),治疗后眼干、畏光、视物不清及结膜充血严重程度评分观察组均低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:杞菊地黄汤加减辅治白内障术后出现干眼症效果较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Qiju Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with tobramycin dexamethasone eye drops combined with Beifushu after operation,and the observation group were treated with Qiju Dihuang Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P＜0.05).After treatment,the scores of dry eye,photophobia,blurred vision and conjunctival congestion in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Qiju Dihuang Decoction is effective in the treatment of dry eye after cataract surgery.
