通督五线针法联合核心稳定训练治疗早期退变性脊柱不稳定疗效观察

摘要
目的:观察通督五线针法联合核心稳定训练治疗早期退变性脊柱不稳定的疗效.方法:84例用随机数字表法分为两组各42例,两组均用核心稳定训练治疗,联合组加用通督五线针法治疗.结果:联合组总有效率高于对照组,中医症候积分、疼痛、脊柱ODI评分均低于对照组,UHBE时间高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论:通督五线针法联合核心稳定训练治疗早期退变性脊柱不稳定疗效较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Five-line Du-unblocking Acupuncture combined with core stability training in the treatment of early degenerative spinal instability.Methods:Eighty-four cases were divided into two groups by random number table method,42 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with core stability training,and the combined group were treated with Five-line Du-unblocking Acupuncture in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group.The scores of TCM symptoms,pain and spinal ODI were lower than those of the control group,and the UHBE time was higher than that of the control group.The differences were statistically significant(P＜0.05).Conclusion:Five-line Du-unblocking Acupuncture combined with core stability training is effective in the treatment of early degenerative spinal instability.
