贺氏温通法联合常规针刺法治疗子宫肌瘤气滞血瘀型临床观察

摘要
目的:观察贺氏温通法联合常规针刺法治疗子宫肌瘤气滞血瘀型的临床疗效.方法:60例随机分为对照组和观察组各30例.两组均用常规针刺方法,观察组加用贺氏温通法.结果:两组治疗后子宫肌瘤体积均缩小(P＜0.05),随访时两组简式McGill疼痛量表(SF-MPQ)及子宫肌瘤症状量表(UFS)评分与治疗2个疗程时比较差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),组内各时间段比较差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).治疗2个疗程后子宫肌瘤体积观察组小于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗2个疗程后及随访时SF-MPQ、UFS评分观察组均低于对照组(P＜0.05).愈显率和总有效率观察组均高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:贺氏温通法联合常规针刺法治疗子宫肌瘤疗效较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of He's Method of Warm and Smooth combined with conventional acupuncture in the treatment of uterine fibroids with qi stagnation and blood stasis.Methods:Sixty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with conventional acupuncture,and the observation group were treated with He's Method of Warm and Smooth in addition.Results:After treatment,the volume of uterine fibroids in the two groups was reduced(P＜0.05),and the difference was statistically significant(P＜0.05).After 2 courses of treatment,the volume of uterine fibroids in the observation group was smaller than that in the control group(P＜0.05).After 2 courses of treatment and follow-up,the SF-MPQ and UFS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P＜0.05).The markedly effective rate and total effective rate of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P＜0.05).Conclusion:He's Method of Warm and Smooth combined with conventional acupuncture is effective in the treatment of uterine fibroids.
