Objective:To observe the effect of Danhong Tongjing Decoction in the treatment of chronic prostatitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.Methods:A total of 153 cases were randomly divided into control group(76 cases)and observation group(77 cases).The control group were treated with Qianlie Tongyu Capsule,while the observation group were treated with Danhong Tongjing Decoction.Results:The total clinical effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of NIH-CPSI scale pain discomfort and abnormal urination in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The quality of life scores of the two groups were improved after treatment,and the observation group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The total score of NIH-CPSI in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the average urinary flow rate and maximum urinary flow rate of the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of TNF-α and IL-1β in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danhong Tongjing Decoction could improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of chronic prostatitis of qi stagnation and blood stasis type.
