Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Leng'e Xiaoji Decoction in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods:Seventy-six cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 38 cases in each group.The control group were treated with antibiotics,while the study group were treated with Leng'e Xiaoji Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score,procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP),white blood cell count(WBC),incidence of adverse reactions,and recurrence rate were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of lower abdominal pain,vaginal bleeding,and leucorrhea was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of Leng'e Xiaoji Decoction in the treatment of acute pelvic inflammatory disease is better.
