Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Minor Bupleurum Decoction in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with liver depression and spleen deficiency.Methods:Seventy-eight cases were randomly divided into the control group(37 cases)and the observation group(41 cases).The control group were treated with domperidone tablets,while the observation group were treated with modified Minor Bupleurum Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of TCM syndromes in both groups decreased after treatment,and the decrease in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).The gastrin levels in the two groups increased after treatment,and the increase in the observation group was more significant than that in the control group(P<0.05).No adverse reactions occurred in both groups.Conclusion:Modified Minor Bupleurum Decoction has a good effect in the treatment of functional dyspepsia with liver depression and spleen deficiency,without adverse reactions.
