Objective:To observe the effect of Zhenwu Decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan Decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with kidney yang deficiency.Methods:A total of 168 cases were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method,with 84 cases in each group.The control group were treated with captopril,while the study group were treated with Zhenwu Decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan Decoction.Results:The total effective rate and the levels of immunoglobulin A(IgA)and immunoglobulin M(IgM)in the study group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum transforming growth factor-β1(TGF-β1),C-reactive protein(CRP),interleukin-6(IL-6)and serum creatinine(SCR),blood urea nitrogen(BUN),24 h urine total protein(TUP),and the incidence of adverse reactions in the study group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Zhenwu Decoction combined with Linggui Zhugan Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy with kidney yang deficiency.
