摘要

目的:观察温胆汤合瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤治疗脑卒中后认知功能障碍(PSCI)的疗效.方法:40例随机分为对照组和治疗组各20组,在常规康复治疗的基础上对照组给予奥拉西坦胶囊口服,治疗组给予温胆汤合瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤水煎内服.结果:治疗组治疗中期和后期MMSE、Mo CA及 Barthel指数评分均优于对照组(P<0.05),治疗后期两组MMSE、Mo CA各项目评分差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:温胆汤合瓜蒌薤白桂枝汤可有效改善脑卒中后的认知功能,提高康复疗效.

Abstract

Objective:To observe the curative effect of Wendan Decoction combined with Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction in the treatment of post-stroke cognitive impairment(PSCI).Methods:Forty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group,with 20 cases in each group.On the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment,the control group were given oxiracetam capsule orally,while the treatment group were given Wendan Decoction combined with Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction orally.Results:The scores of MMSE,Mo CA,and Barthel index in the treatment group were better than those in the control group in the middle and late stages of treatment(P<0.05).There were significant differences in the scores of MMSE and Mo CA between the two groups in the late stage of treatment(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wendan Decoction combined with Gualou Xiebai Guizhi Decoction could effectively improve cognitive function after stroke and improve the rehabilitation effect.
