Objective:To observe the curative effect of auricular point pressing beans combined with modified Erxian Decoction in the treatment of lumbar disc herniation(LDH).Methods:A total of 108 cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 54 cases in each group.The conventional group were given modified Erxian Decoction,while the experimental group were treated with auricular point pressing beans combined with modified Erxian Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS and JOA scores of the experimental group were better than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).The levels of serum CRP,TNF-α,and IL-1β of the experimental group were lower than those of the conventional group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum Apaf-1,TFAR-19,and Caspase-3 in the two groups decreased,but the decrease in the experimental group was more obvious(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point pressing beans combined with modified Erxian Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of LDH.
