Objective:To observe the effect of Wujia Shenghua Capsule combined with oxytocin in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.Methods:A total of 108 cases were divided into the observation group and the control group according to the draw method,with 54 cases in each group.Both groups were given basic treatment and oxytocin,and the observation group were treated with Wujia Shenghua Capsules in addition.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The hemostasis time,duration of bloody lochia,and duration of lochia in the observation group were shorter than in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of hemoglobin and red blood cell count in the two groups increased after treatment,and those in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Wujia Shenghua Capsule combined with oxytocin is effective and safe in the treatment of postpartum hemorrhage caused by uterine inertia.
