Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Jinshui Liujun Decoction in adjuvant treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.Methods:A total of 122 cases were divided into the control group(60 cases)and the observation group(62 cases).The two groups were treated with conventional western medicine,and the observation group were treated with Jinshui Liujun Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The TCM symptom score,the levels of IL-6,CRP,the recurrence rates of 6-month and 1-year in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jinshui Liujun Decoction could improve the clinical efficacy in the treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.
