摘要
目的:观察加减参芪地黄汤辅治糖尿病肾病的效果.方法:100例依据随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各50例.两组均用胰岛素及二甲双胍格列本脲片治疗,观察组加用加减参芪地黄汤.结果:治疗后观察组尿足细胞数量、PCX,HbA1c、AGEs、空腹血糖低于对照组,心理、生理、社会、环境等生活质量评分高于对照组(P＜0.05).观察组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:加减参芪地黄汤可改善糖尿病肾病足细胞损伤,调节糖基化相关指标以及提升生活质量等.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy.Methods:A total of 100 cases were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 50 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with insulin and metformin glibenclamide tablets,and the observation group were treated with modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction.Results:After treatment,the number of urinary podocytes,PCX,HbA1 c,AGEs and fasting blood glucose in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the quality of life scores of psychology,physiology,society and environment were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Shenqi Dihuang Decoction could improve podocyte injury in diabetic nephropathy,regulate glycosylation-related indicators and improve quality of life.
