Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Dingtong Jiuxin Decoction combined with isosorbide dinitrate in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with yang deficiency and cold coagulation type.Methods:Ninty-eight cases were randomly divided into control group(47 cases)and observation group(51 cases).Both groups were treated with isosorbide dinitrate,and the observation group were treated with Dingtong Jiuxin Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of chest tightness,shortness of breath,chest pain,back pain,pale face and sore waist in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TC,TG and LDL-C in the two groups decreased,and HDL-C increased(P<0.05).The improvement in the observation group was more obvious(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Dingtong Jiuxin Decoction combined with isosorbide dinitrate is effective and safe in the treatment of angina pectoris of coronary heart disease with yang deficiency and cold coagulation type.
