Objective:To observe the effect of Danxue Zhijia Xiaoyao Decoction combined with lipoic acid in the treatment of diabetic foot(DF).Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with lipoic acid,and the experimental group were treated with Danxue Zhijia Xiaoyao Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group(P<0.05).After treatment,the ulcer area of the two groups decreased and the experimental group decreased more significantly(P<0.05).After treatment,the increase of vascular diameter,Vm,blood flow and Vp level in the experimental group was greater than that in the reference group(P<0.05).Compared with the reference group after treatment,the levels of FMD and VEGF in the experimental group were higher,while the levels of sEPCR and ET-1 were lower(P<0.05).Compared with the control group after treatment,the levels of CAT,SOD and TAC in the experimental group were higher and the level of MDA was lower(P<0.05).Conclusion:Danxue Zhijia Xiaoyao Decoction combined with lipoic acid is effective in the treatment of DF.
