Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Gandou Fumu Decoction combined with olanzapine in the treatment of anxiety and depression in hepatolenticular degeneration.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into the control group and the observation group by random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with olanzapine based on conventional copper excretion treatment,and the observation group were treated with modified Gandou Fumu Decoction.Results:At the end of 14 d and 28 d,the HAMD and HAMA scores of the control group and the observation group decreased,and the decrease of the observation group was more significant than that of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Gandou Fumu Decoction combined with olanzapine could more effectively control symptoms and improve curative effect in the treatment of anxiety and depression of hepatolenticular degeneration,without increasing adverse reactions.
