Objective:To observe the curative effect of magnetic round plum needles combined with magnetic beads auricular points pressing in the treatment of nervous tinnitus.Methods:A total of 102 cases were randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group.Fifty-one cases in the treatment group were treated with magnetic round plum needles combined with magnetic beads auricular points pressing,while fifty-one cases in the control group were treated with filiform needle acupuncture.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the treatment score was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The hearing threshold score of pure tone test in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The SAS score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of magnetic round plum needles combined with magnetic beads auricular points pressing is better in the treatment of nervous tinnitus.
