Objective:To observe the curative effect of sharp-hooked needle combined with inverted horse needle in the treatment of supraspinous ligamentitis.Methods:A total of 134 cases were divided into two groups,with 67 cases in each group.The control group were treated with ibuprofen sustained-release capsules,and the treatment group were treated with sharp-hooked needle combined with inverted horse acupuncture in the treatment of supraspinous ligamentitis.Results:After treatment,the VAS score and ODI score of the treatment group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The curative effect of sharp hook needle combined with inverted horse needle in the treatment of supraspinous ligamentitis is better.
