Objective:To observe the effect of Kaixuan Xingshen Acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation in the treatment of aphasia after stroke. Methods:Ninety cases were divided into the study group and the control group according to the random number table method, with 45 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation, and the study group were additionally treated with Kaixuan Xingshen Acupuncture. Results:The total effective rate,Chinese Aphasia Battery(ABC),Aphasia Quotient(AQ),Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)and Daily Communication Ability(CADL)scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The anterior cerebral artery blood flow velocity(ACA)and basilar artery blood flow velocity(BA)were faster than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kaixuan Xingshen Acupuncture combined with repetitive transcranial magnetic stimulation is effective and safe in the treatment of aphasia after stroke.
