目的:观察督灸联合温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎阳虚寒凝证的效果。方法:84例随机分为实验组和对照组各42例，两组均用温针灸疗法治疗，实验组加用督灸治疗。结果:实验组总有效率高于对照组(P＜0。05)。治疗后实验组视觉模拟评分法(Visual analogue scale，VAS)评分、西安大略和麦克马斯特大学骨关节炎指数(Western Ontario and Mc Master Universities arthritis index，WOMAC)评分以及中医证候评分低于对照组(P＜0。05)。治疗后实验组关节液炎症因子水平(IL-1β、IL-6、TNF-α)低于对照组(P＜0。05)。结论:督灸联合温针灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎阳虚寒凝证效果较好。
Objective:To observe the effect of Du-moxibustion combined with warm acupuncture in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome.Methods:Eighty-four cases were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with warm acupuncture,and the experimental group was treated with Du-moxibustion.Results:The total effective rate of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the visual analogue scale(VAS)score,Western Ontario and Mc Master Universities arthritis index(WOMAC)score and TCM syndrome score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of joint fluid inflammatory factors(IL-1β,IL-6,TNF-α)in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Du-moxibustion combined with warm acupuncture and moxibustion is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis with Yang deficiency and cold coagulation syndrome.
