Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Wenjing Tongluo Zhitong Decoction combined with Wuwei Guju Badu Powder in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.Methods:Sixty cases were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Wuwei Guju Badu Powder on the affected knee joint,and the observation group were treated with Wenjing Tongluo Zhitong Decoction orally in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The VAS and WOMAC scores of the two groups decreased after treatment,and the decrease of the observation group was greater than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Wenjing Tongluo Zhitong Decoction combined with Wuwei Guju Badu Powder is effective in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis.
