摘要
目的:观察肛周脓肿术后应用生肌止痛方联合康复新液的临床效果.方法:90例分为两组各45例.两组术后均用康复新液治疗,联合组加用生肌止痛方坐浴.结果:联合组显效率高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗14d后联合组创面分泌物、创面肉芽生长情况、疼痛评分均低于对照组,创面愈合时间短于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗14d后联合组IL-1β、TNF-α水平低于对照组而EGF高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗14d后联合组CD4+、CD4+/CD8+、CD3+水平高于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗14d后联合组肛管最大收缩压、肛管静息压低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:肛周脓肿术后用生肌止痛方联合康复新液可减轻炎症、痛感,提高机体免疫力,改善肛门功能,促进康复.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Shengji Zhitong Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Liquid on postoperative perianal abscess.Methods:Ninety cases were divided into two groups,with 45 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Kangfuxin Liquid after operation,and the combined group were treated with Shengji Zhitong Decoction with hip bath in addition.Results:The effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the wound secretions,wound granulation growth and pain scores of the combined group were lower than those of the control group,and the wound healing time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the levels of IL-1β and TNF-α in the combined group were lower than those in the control group while EGF was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the levels of CD4+,CD4+/CD8+and CD3+in the combined group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After 14 days of treatment,the maximum anal systolic pressure and anal resting pressure in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shengji Zhitong Decoction combined with Kangfuxin Liquid could reduce inflammation and pain,enhance immunity,improve anal function and promote rehabilitation after perianal abscess surgery.
