Objective:To observe the effect of Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid on perianal abscess after operation.Methods:Eighty-two cases were divided into two groups.Forty cases in the control group were given potassium permanganate with sitz bath,while forty-two cases in the observation group were given Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid with sitz bath.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time and carrion shedding time in the observation group were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05).The wound reduction rate was greater than that in the control group(P<0.05).The false healing rate of the wound at 3 weeks after operation was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The postoperative swelling score,granulation morphology score,wound secretion score and VAS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of complications between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound Cortex Phellodendri Liquid with sitz bath could promote wound healing after perianal abscess surgery,shorten wound healing time and reduce false healing rate,with safety.
