Objective:To observe the curative effect of Sijunzi Decoction in the treatment of infantile diarrhea of spleen deficiency type.Methods:Eighty-five cases were divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with routine symptomatic treatment,and the observation group were treated with Sijunzi Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the stool traits,frequency and scores of bowel sounds and abdominal pain in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).The time of antidiarrheal,dehydration correction and antipyretic in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion:Sijunzi Decoction could improve the curative effect in the treatment of infantile diarrhea with spleen deficiency,with safety.
