Objective:To observe the effect of acupuncture combined with transcranial magnetic stimulation on cognitive impairment and speech disorder after stroke.Methods:Ninety-eight cases were divided into the observation group and the control group,with 49 cases in each group.The two groups were treated with routine treatment combined with acupuncture,and the observation group were treated with transcranial magnetic stimulation.Results:After treatment,the scores of Montreal Cognitive Assessment Scale(MoCA)and Mini Mental State Examination Scale(MMSE)in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of listening comprehension,retelling and spontaneous speech in the two groups increased,and those in the observation group were higher than the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of tongue skew,hemiplegia,pale complexion,shortness of breath and fatigue in the two groups decreased,and those in the observation group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with acupuncture could improve cognitive impairment and speech disorder after stroke,with good effect.
