Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction in adjuvant treatment of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.Methods:A total of 118 cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 59 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine,and the observation group were treated with modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction.Results:After treatment,the syndrome scores and related inflammatory factors of the two groups decreased,and the lung function indexes increased.The improvement degree of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the observation group was shorter than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of western medicine in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the recurrence rate in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Xiaoqinglong Decoction could improve the curative effect and reduce the recurrence of acute exacerbation of chronic bronchitis.
