Objective:To observe the effect of modified Fuzi decoction combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets in the treatment of coronary heart disease angina pectoris(CHD-AP).Methods:Seventy-five cases were divided into the control group(37 cases)and the observation group(38 cases)according to the odd and even number method. Both groups were treated with metoprolol sustained-release tablets, and the observation group were treated with modified Fuzi Decoction. Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the scores of TCM syndromes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the QRS voltage value of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, while the QTc interval and QRS time limit were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment, the LVEF and CO cardiac function indexes of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Fuzi Decoction combined with metoprolol sustained-release tablets could improve the curative effect in the treatment of CHD-AP.
