Objective:To observe the curative effect of Yiqi Jiedu Xiaoyin Decoction combined with Flumetasone Ointment in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.Methods:Eighty-six cases were randomly divided into control group and study group,with 43 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with compound flumetasone ointment,and the study group were treated with Yiqi Jiedu Xiaoyin Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-17,IL-23 and peripheral blood Th17/Treg in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Yiqi Jiedu Xiaoyin Decoction combined with flumetasone ointment is effective in the treatment of psoriasis vulgaris.
