Objective:To observe the curative effect of Bushen Qiangdu Decoction combined with ozone acupoint catgut embedding in the treatment of ankylosing spondylitis(AS).Methods:Ninety-two cases were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 46 cases in each group.Both groups were given ozone acupoint catgut embedding method,and the observation group were treated with Bushen Qiangdu Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the BASDA score,TCM syndrome score and BASFI score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the Schober test and chest expansion degree of the observation group were higher than those of the control group,while the finger-ground distance and jaw-handle distance of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum ESR,COX-2,CRP and IL-17 levels of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Bushen Qiangdu Decoction combined with ozone acupoint catgut embedding has good effect of in the treatment of AS.
