Objective:To observe the effect of Shenmai Injection combined with Xuebijing Injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia.Methods:Eighty cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with western medicine,and the combined treatment group were treated with Shenmai Injection and Xuebijing Injection at the same time.Results:After treatment,the indexes of IFN-γ and IL-17 in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the basic treatment group(P<0.05),and the indexes of IL-4 and TGF-β were higher than those in the basic treatment group(P<0.05).The GSH-Px and CD4+indexes in the combined treatment group were higher than those in the basic treatment group(P<0.05),and the RAGE and CD8+indexes were lower than those in the basic treatment group(P<0.05).The indexes of Raw,PIP and WOB in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the basic treatment group(P<0.05),and the Cdyn index was higher than that in the basic treatment group(P<0.05).The indexes of Lac and PaCO2 in the combined treatment group were lower than those in the basic treatment group(P<0.05),and the indexes of PaO2 and oxygenation index were higher than those in the basic treatment group(P<0.05).The CPIS and Murray scores of the combined treatment group were lower than those of the basic treatment group(P<0.05),and the total effective rate was higher than that of the basic treatment group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shenmai Injection combined with Xuebijing Injection in the treatment of severe pneumonia could improve the curative effect.
