Objective:To observe the curative effect of modified Xiaofeng Powder combined with olopatadine in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis in children.Methods:Seventy-two cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with olopatadine,and the study group were treated with modified Xiaofeng Powder.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of symptoms and signs and the levels of procalcitonin(PCT),C-reactive protein(CRP)and white blood cell count(WBC)were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The improvement of clinical symptoms was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Xiaofeng Powder combined with olopatadine is effective and safe in the treatment of allergic conjunctivitis in children.
