Objective:To observe the curative effect of penetrating swallowing needle combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.Methods:Seventy-eight cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 39 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with electrical stimulation, and the study group were treated with penetrating needle for swallowing. Results:The total effective rate, daily living ability(BI),oral feeding function score(FOIS)and repeated saliva swallowing test(RSST)scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of water swallowing test was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the pharyngeal swallowing time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Penetrating needle for swallowing combined with electrical stimulation is effective in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.
