Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Puding Tengjiang Anti-inflammatory Decoction in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.Methods:Seventy-two cases were randomly divided into the control group and the study group,with 36 cases in each group.The control group were treated with western medicine while the study group were treated with Puding Tengjiang Anti-inflammatory Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the quantitative scores of TCM syndromes in the two groups decreased(P<0.05),and the scores of main symptoms,secondary symptoms and total scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).The recurrence rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Puding Tengjiang Anti-inflammatory Decoction is effective in treating chronic pelvic inflammatory disease with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome.
