Objective:To observe the curative effect of penetrating swallowing needle combined with electrical stimulation in the treatment of dysphagia after cerebral infarction. Methods:A total of 140 cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method, with 70 cases in each group. Both groups were treated with electrical stimulation, and the study group were treated with penetrating needle for swallowing in addition. Results:The total effective rate,BI,FOIS and RSST scores of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The score of Kubota's water drinking test was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),and the pharyngeal swallowing time was shorter than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Penetrating needling for swallowing combined with electrical stimulation is effective and safe in the treatment of dysphagia after stroke.
