摘要
目的:观察参松养心胶囊配合针刺治疗心律失常的效果.方法:98例按随机数字表法分成对照组和观察组各49例.两组均用参松养心胶囊治疗,观察组加用针刺治疗.结果:治疗后观察组LVEF水平高于对照组(P＜0.05),LVESD以及LVEDD水平低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后观察组心悸、疲倦乏力、气短症状积分低于对照组(P＜0.05).治疗后观察组短阵室速数和室性期前收缩数低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:参松养心胶囊配合针刺治疗心律失常效果较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with acupuncture in the treatment of arrhythmia.Methods:Ninety-eight cases were divided into control group and observation group according to random number table,with 49 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Shensong Yangxin Capsule,and the observation group were treated with acupuncture in addition.Results:After treatment,the LVEF level in the observation group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05),and the LVESD and LVEDD levels were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of palpitation,fatigue and shortness of breath in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the number of short ventricular tachycardia and premature ventricular contractions in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Shensong Yangxin Capsule combined with acupuncture is effective in treating arrhythmia.
