Objective:To observe the effect of modified Sini Decoction combined with Zhenwu Decoction in the treatment of chronic heart failure with kidney yang deficiency.Methods:A total of 120 cases were divided into two groups according to the random number table method,60 cases in each group.The control group were treated with furosemide,while the study group were treated with modified Sini Decoction and Zhenwu Decoction.Results:The total effective rate and LVEF index of the study group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).The TCM syndrome score of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The heart rate of the study group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The NYHA cardiac function classification,LVESD and LVEDD indexes of the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sini Decoction combined with Zhenwu Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic heart failure with kidney yang deficiency.
