Objective:To observe the effect of Dingtong Yizi Decoction in the treatment of postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated routinely after operation.The control group were treated with diosmin tablets while the observation group were treated with modified Dingtong Yizi Decoction.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05)and the clinical symptom score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Dingtong Yizi Decoction is effective in treating postoperative complications of mixed hemorrhoids.
