Objective:To observe the effect of modified Wendan Decoction in the treatment of liver-stomach disharmony type of hyperemesis gravidarum.Methods:Seventy cases were divided into the control group and the observation group according to the random number table method,with 35 cases in each group.The two groups were given routine rehydration support and the observation group were treated with modified Wendan Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After 7 days of treatment,the scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the two groups decreased(P<0.05)and the levels of serum sodium ion and serum potassium ion increased.The scores of main symptoms and secondary symptoms of traditional Chinese medicine in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,and the levels of serum sodium ion and serum potassium ion were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).The recurrence rate of the observation group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Modified Wendan Decoction is effective and safe in the treatment of hyperemesis gravidarum of liver-stomach disharmony type.
