摘要
目的:观察九味益脑颗粒联合鼠神经生长因子治疗一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病(DEACMP)的效果.方法:80例用随机数字表法分为两组各40例.两组均给予鼠神经生长因子治疗,实验组加用九味益脑颗粒治疗.结果:治疗后实验组总有效率、BDNF水平、MoCA评分高于对照组而神志障碍、痴呆少语、肢体震颤、呕吐痰涎积分、miR-124及5-HT水平、CCS评分低于对照组(P＜0.05).两组神志障碍、痴呆少语、肢体震颤、呕吐痰涎积分、mir-124及5-HT水平CCS评分均有下降且实验组低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:九味益脑颗粒联合鼠神经生长因子治疗一氧化碳中毒后迟发性脑病效果较好.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the effect of Jiuwei Yinao Granule combined with mouse nerve growth factor in the treatment of delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning(DEACMP).Methods:Eighty cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 40 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with mouse nerve growth factor,and the experimental group were treated with Jiuwei Yinao Granules in addition.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate,BDNF level and MoCA score of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group while the scores of mental disorder,dementia,limb tremor,vomiting,phlegm and saliva,miR-124 and 5-HT levels and CCS score were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).The CCS scores of mental disorders,dementia,speechlessness,limb tremor,vomiting,phlegm and saliva,mir-124 and 5-HT levels in the two groups decreased,and those in the experimental group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Jiuwei Yinao Granules combined with mouse nerve growth factor is effective in the treatment of delayed encephalopathy after carbon monoxide poisoning.
