Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Kidnery-tonifying and Essence-replenishing Decoction in the treatment of diminished ovarian reserve(DOR).Methods:Eighty-four cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 42 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Femoston,and the study group were treated with Kidnery-tonifying and Essence-replenishing Decoction in addition.Results:The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the syndrome score,FSH and LH levels in the study group were lower than those in the control group,while the E2 and AMH levels,ovarian diameter,volume and AFC were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Kidnery-tonifying and Essence-replenishing Decoction could improve the curative effect of DOR.
