摘要
目的:观察云南白药辅治脑出血后应激性胃溃疡的疗效.方法:72例用随机数字表法分为两组各36例.两组均用康复新液联合奥美拉唑治疗,观察组加用云南白药治疗.结果:总有效率、SOD水平、胃酸pH值、SS水平观察组高于对照组(P＜0.05),ROS、MDA、GAS、IL-6、TNF-α、IL-2水平观察组低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论:云南白药辅治脑出血后应激性胃溃疡可提高疗效.
Abstract
Objective:To observe the curative effect of Yunnan Baiyao on stress gastric ulcer after cerebral hemorrhage.Methods:Seventy-two cases were randomly divided into two groups,with 36 cases in each group.Both groups were treated with Kangfuxin Liquid combined with omeprazole,and the observation group were treated with Yunnan Baiyao in addition.Results:The total effective rate,SOD level,gastric acid pH value and SS level in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of ROS,MDA,GAS,IL-6,TNF-α and IL-2 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Yunnan Baiyao could improve the curative effect of stress gastric ulcer after cerebral hemorrhage.
